Full Time IT Support Assistant
Temporary to Permanent position
Andover
£19,000 - £19.500 per annum depending on experience

Do you have IT related qualifications, are you a logical thinker ? Do you enjoy delivering first class customer service to all customers and internal employees ? If so we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing helpdesk support

- Installing new software & hardware

- Daily admin and monitoring of network use

- Maintaining IT records and ticketing system

Candidates must have:

- IT related qualifications

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Ability to multi task and work under pressure

- Network Experience / Exposure would be an advantage
