We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor to join a successful business based locally. You will be providing all round customer care to ensure customer's have the best experience possible.

Your duties will include:

* Handling incoming calls from customers over the phone

* Answering queries via email

* Following up on customer deliveries and getting accurate ETA's

* Liaising with suppliers

The most suitable candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, and able to demonstrate excellent customer service. Due to the location of the role, own transport would be preferred however is not essential.
