One of our clients is looking for a HR coordinator to join their team. This is a chance to join a successful manufacturing company during a period of innovation. The role will be a varied position and the ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive and able to work efficiently.

The role will involve:

·  Temp checking and booking in of all staff onto site.

·  Liaise with Team leaders to manage overtime.

·  Induction of new staff- responsible for onboarding process.

·  Manage necessary paperwork reporting to the HR Manager.

·  Pro-actively manage wellbeing of staff.

·  Pro-active communication with all staff to ensure regular feedback and improvements are implemented quickly.

·  Keep up to date with Covid-19 workplace guidelines and ensure they are implemented throughout the business.

·  Assist with recruitment of staff.

·  Work to automate / semi-automate processes such as clocking in etc.
