Our Client a well-known pest control service provider is looking for a Customer Service Support team member to join their team based in Derbyshire. This will be a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
Qualifications and Experience
· Experience with export procedures - mainly outside of EU
· Previous customer service experience
Key Responsibilities:
· Liaison with hauliers and warehouse staff to arrange export shipments
· Troubleshooting and problem solving around deliveries
· Order entry and confirmation
· Initiate and follow up customer collections and returns processes (use of RMA)
· Customer invoicing and credits
· Produce export documentation and keep proof for the future audits
· Ensuring the update of transport suppliers intranet systems: i.e.: DSV, FedEx, XPO, etc.
· Ensure the Customer database is up to date
· Monitoring of back orders
· Monitoring of stock and liaising with warehouse staff for the re stock levels/transfers
· KPI reporting (e.g. OTIF performance) for all orders on weekly basis
Local administration including: Inventory, PO and SO accuracy between systems
Candidate Requirements
· Able to work under pressure and able to use own initiative
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Flexible approach to work and able to adapt to change
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Confident with IT tools such as Word Excel and WMS
· Able to administer a busy workload, prioritise effectively and adhere to tight deadlines
· Accurate when inputting data and possess a high level of numeracy skills
Working hours
Monday - Thursday 8.30AM - 5PM
Friday - 8.30AM - 1.30PM
