THE JOB

To help us prepare for Brexit, the site requires an Export Coordinator to assit the site in putting together the required paperwork to allow the site to export to the EU. A No-Deal Brexit presents a number of new challenges but the key focus is to ensure a smooth tranisation A key part of this role is working with a number of stakeholders on site and off site. This role will also work closely with our choosen customs agents for imports and exports

KEY OUTPUTS

·  Submit data to the sites customs agent on exports and imports

·  Help prepare export documents for export

·  Support the day to day planning and provide cover, where necessary

·  Work with the sites vet to ensure paperwork is accurate

·  Help coordinate export activities between Logistics / Commercial / Q&FS

·  Work with the warehouse to ensure

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

List qualifications using the following as a guide:

Knowledge

Education - Degree Desirable but not essential

Experience - Experience in an operational or supply chain role desirable

Specific skills: SAP experience desirable for the role, as these skills will be a core part of the role
