An Export Administrator Clerk is required for and international shipping company.

Team work evidence essential!

Candidate should possess a strong admin mindset with great attention to detail and proactive attitude.

(shipping experience welcome but not essential)

Industry Training provided

DUTIES:

·  To provide export quotes through our Shipping in house CRM system

·  To create, file and update CSO (Customer Service Offer) agreements through our Shipping Global system (IRIS)

·  Responsible to process, maintain and amend export free time applications (DND) and to keep the DND archive fully updated.

·  To process invoice queries through BPMP web platform in order to resolve pricing issues and / or incorrect CSO input

·  To update export stats if / when requested

·  To offer admin assistance to top management on specific projects

·  Other tasks reasonably requested/Any ad hoc duties

Salary will be £20k

Company pension scheme on commencement of employment.

Upon completion of 3 months' probation they will have the opportunity to join the Company private health care scheme.
