Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting client based in Welwyn, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

Main Job Role:

·  To Process & Manage all orders accurately from start to finish

·  Working with customers to ensure all orders are dispatched on time

·  Ensure customer queries are logged ensuring accurate data entry

·  Maintaining and updating data bases

·  Issuing PO numbers

·  Answer all incoming customer calls/emails

·  Manage priority/failed deliveries through to Completion

·  40/50 Orders a day

Person spec:

·  Customer service/ Co Ordinator office experience

·  Order processing experience

·  Experience using of SAP - desirable

·  Excellent customer service skills and experience

·  Strong multitasking and communication skills

·  Ability to Prioritise
