Adecco are proud to be working with our Client based in Ashford who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This role is on a night shift rota therefore you must be happy to work 8pm-8am on a shift pattern ( 2 nights on, 2 nightf off, 3 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 3 nights off ).
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for incoming calls through the night. Due to the hours of this role, the phone will only ring limited times therefore you are able to sleep during your shift, the phone simply needs to be manned should an enquiry arise.
Your duties will be:
· checking forms
· ensuring correct information has been logged
· passing on important details to external Clients when required
· looking up data on the system to report
In return for the above you will receive a Salary of £17,600 rising to £19,638 after successful probation.
