As a Credit Control, you will provide an efficient and effective support service to ensure prompt payment of invoices and help resolve account queries whilst assisting our client in achieving its overall objectives including client care. Specific duties including:

·  Liaising with departments regarding their client's unpaid bills

·  Sending out statements and reminder letters to clients on a regular basis

·  Dealing with any account queries via telephone and email

·  Arranging copy invoices

·  Preparing account reconciliations

·  Monthly preparation and distribution of Aged Debt Reports

You will have good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and will ideally have a minimum of one year's Credit Control experience. This is a full time permanent position Monday-Friday
