£14-18 HOURLY RATE
MONDAY - FRIDAY- 9AM - 5PM
3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT (POSSIBILITY OF BEING EXTENDED)

DESCRIPTION:
The partnership deals with all aspects of Community Safety Services in Sutton; including Emergency Planning services, Anti-Social Behaviour, Public Space CCTV and parking services and enforcement.
THE COMMUNITY SAFETY CO-ORDINATOR'S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide an all-round administrative support to the Unit Management Team and senior level Police Officers as required
· Coordination of multi-agency Community Safety case management meetings for antisocial behaviour, reducing reoffending and Violence reduction
· Coordination of Unit Management Team/ SSPS/Parking Team meetings and other ad-hoc meetings as required
· Support and assist with the planning and commissioning of SSPS Events
· Assist with managing office equipment maintenance contracts and ensure that the SSPS Asset Register and IT Log spreadsheets are kept up to date.
THE COMMUNITY SAFETY CO-ORDINATOR MUST HAVE:
· An understanding of trends in crime, disorder and incident hotspots/series across the area
· Some understanding of the Local Authorities' responsibility for Community Safety Partnership
· Familiar and confident with a variety of IT software
