Our client within public sector are looking for Business Analyst - Education system to be based in Croydon. The role is offered on a 9 months contract basis initially, working Mon to Friday 36 hours per week, paying £350-400/day (outside IR35).

The Business Analyst will join the project team to work with key education business leads, system supplier staff and other stakeholders as required to map, and document As Is Processes and To Be Processes linked to the capabilities of the new system. Day to day responsibilities include - organising workshops, running, linking back to system supplier flowcharts, later down the line training manuals.

Required Experience and Skills:

·  Experience of Education Management Systems, such as Servelec Synergy or Capita One.

·  Public sector experience is required; preferably Local Government

·  Demonstrable experience of documenting As Is and To Be processes within the public sector, preferably within Local Authority education departments

·  Proven experience of planning and facilitating process mapping workshops

·  Process design and optimisation

·  Experience of using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint to document processes

·  Knowledge of processes improvement methodologies such as LEAN / Six Sigma

·  Strong data analysis skills.
