The postholder will be required to have a strong background in the analysis and reporting of parking data and information

* The postholder has no direct line management responsibility but will be expected to coordinate with colleagues to perform the following;
* When operating as a team leader supervise and liaise with other team members.

* The postholder will have financial/resource responsibility for a variety of capital and revenue projects and have experience of managing capital and revenue budgets. They will assist in the execution of commissioned work including the preparation of certificates, account payments, final accounts, final costs statements and accounts for services.

* The postholder will need to hold a full UK Driving Licence

Working conditions/circumstances

* The postholder may be required to work outside 'normal' office hours, and as required by the line manager, may include monitoring works, attending Council and community meetings.
* There will be an expectancy that the post holder will occasionally works from home and or remotely
