An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Back on Track officer to work for a public sector organisation based in East London.

Key Duties:

·  Supporting a front line team providing services to service users and their families at risk of homelessness.

·  Delivering effective and intensive housing solutions.

·  Working alongside landlords, health professionals and external agencies to help find secure accommodation for service users.

·  Assisting caseworkers in undertaking financial affordability assessments and developing support plans.

·  To process rent deposit application, temporary accommodation sign ups and assisting clients with housing benefit claim forms.
