The Adecco Group is working with the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to provide a wide range of services including recruitment and HR for the temporary workforce for the 2021 Census. The Census is a once-in-a-decade survey that gives us the most accurate estimate of all the people and households in England and Wales.

To support this project, we are looking to bring on board a number of Administrators in our Compliance team, home-based, for a fixed-term role starting January 2021 until the end of March 2021, £17-18k pro rata.

The primary function of the Compliance Administrators is to work within a team environment and be responsible for ensuring that candidates put forward are compliant to the client's background screening requirements, to carry out specific checks and ensure that screening is complete within strict SLA's.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·  Carry out screening checks that fall in to work allocation pool

·  Conduct reference checks for candidates and speak to external companies to ensure references fit within compliance standards.

·  Alert management team of any adverse findings within candidate cases

·  Ensure all work is completed within client SLA's and escalate any areas of non-compliance

·  Become a super user on the Autologyx Screening Platform, ensuring full use of automated functionality.

·  Ensure own activity demonstrates company values and standards

·  Adopt & demonstrate the company's core values in the delivery of a customer-focused service.

Essential Skills / Experience

·  Understanding of Compliance requirements - Visa, current laws

·  Computer literate (Intermediate MS-Office skills)
