Adecco Sheffield are looking for a number of experienced Administrators to join a national organisation based in their Sheffield offices.

It is essential for the successful candidate to have experience in an administrative position where delivering a high level of customer service has been a key part of the role.

As this role involves co-ordinating client appointments, excellent organisational and time planning skills are essential as well as exemplary communication skills.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

·  Process referrals and other product related administration within agreed SLAs.

·  Co-ordinate appointments in the bespoke diary management system within agreed SLAs.

·  Prepare and send correspondence regarding appointment details within 24 hours of making the appointment.

·  Update clients regarding appointments, cancellations and queries, within agreed SLAs.

·  Despatch reports on receipt of files from the secretariat department

·  Send or scan necessary files prior to appointments.

·  Update client details on the client database, as instructed by the Account Manager.

·  Liaise with the Account Manager regarding client and employee queries.

·  Make efficient use of the business management system.

·  General Administration within the Customer Service department.

·  Answering and triaging inbound telephone calls within agreed timescales.

·  Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail.

·  Perform reception duties periodically as required and as per the agreed rota.

Person specification:

·  Knowledge of Outlook and Word is essential, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.

·  Experience in diary management is desirable.

·  Experience within a role requiring good geographical knowledge is desirable

·  Responsible and "Can-do" attitude

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working on a rota basis between the hours of 08:00am and 18:00pm, Monday to Friday.
