The consistency andunderstanding when supporting the Spa Treatment Manager in implementing andenforcing the Well & Being Spa and fitness experiences is crucial tosuccess.

Whatyou will be doing:

· 
Oversee all schedulingaspects of provider schedules, time off requests, on call staffing needs withapproval and review by Treatments Manager and/or Spa Director/AssistantDirector.

· 
Ensure accuracy ofofferings listed in Book 4 Time online booking module.

· 
Maintain currentknowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, specials, and otherservices provided at the spa.

· 
Assist with overseeingthe proper training, implementation, and set up for all spa services at thespa.

· 
Assistwith maintaining vendor relationships for the spa and will uphold brandstandards for services, products, protocols, and retail support. 

· 
Assistwith coordinating and ensuring ongoing training, standardization ofinventory and control procedures, quality control, site inspections, and futuredevelopment according to the Spa Standard Operating Procedures.

· 
Assist with hiring,training, and managing service providers to be accountable for their actionsand to be conversant in the business objectives. 

· 
Assist Group Manageras needed with group blocks, contracts, registration desks, etc.

· 
Perform opening and/orclosing shifts 2-3 times per week as the Spa's Manager on Duty.

· 
Maintain aprofessional appearance at all times, adhering to departmental groomingstandards.

· 
Practice professionalismin every situation with management, guests, and employees treating each personwith respect and integrity.

· 
Maintain positiveguest relations at all times, including in-house guests, day guests, andtelephone inquiries.

·  2-3 years of relevant experience required
·  Good communication skills.  Must speak, read and write English
·  Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
·  Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
·  Highly organized, ability to multi-task and take initiative.
·  Ability to work well within a team and also independently with minimal supervision
·  Ability to effectively and consistently develop the supporting staff.
·  Ability to respond to guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
