Job description

Key tasks

The role of Reservations Agent is an important role as you will be driving room sales and managing and processing reservations. Handle phone calls and email inquires for reservations and pass on information to other teams as required. This is a multi skilling role which includes supporting Guest Services team members in line with the business demands.

If you are a friendly, smiley, outgoing person who likes to talk with people then this is the role for you!
