Notre établissement recherche un plongeur (H/F) pour assurer le nettoyage et l'entretien de la vaisselle, du matériel de cuisine, des locaux de cuisine et annexes (carrelages, sols, tables de travail...).

Votre mission:
Procéder au nettoyage et au rangement de la vaisselle et du matériel de cuisine
Contrôler l’état du matériel de plonge
Organiser son espace plonge et ranger la vaisselle et le matériel dans les réserves
Respecter quotidiennement les règles d'hygiène HACCP et des consignes d’utilisation et de sécurité du matériel mis à disposition
