Key tasks

Based in our Paris office, you’ll be part of our global and diverse People team. With your manager being based between Paris and London, you’ll need to be comfortable being the 1st point of contact on site for all level 1 HR administration, initiatives and support.

To be successful, you will have to demonstrate a commitment to People & Culture excellence !

Responsibilities

You will be the People team’s first point of contact in our Paris office

Collecting and preparing our monthly variables to be shared to payroll

Maintaining our global employee records via our HRIS system, BambooHR to ensure accurate data is maintained.

Coordinating HR administration such as changes (e.g. promotions, terms and conditions changes) and updating our HRIS BambooHR accordingly.

Providing basic guidance to employees in an effective manner, escalating issues as appropriate.

Managing incoming mail to the Paris office and assisting the on-site property manager as required

Supporting the wider People team on ad hoc projects and duties.

You will also be one of our Employee Experience Ambassador working across the different markets:

Developing our global HR marketing and culture initiatives such as planning our job fair presence for 2020

Partnering with our Culture Champions

Conducting our Onboarding and 30days check-in with new starters

Helping in managing our Applicant Tracking System in the most efficient way possible

Working on our turnover rate tracking and Exit processes

Planning our job fair presence for 2020
