Preventative maintenance, daily checks to ensure systems are in working order. Room equipment checks and repairs.
Repair of day to day issues: locks, toilets, lights, air conditioning units, carpet cleaning, painting,
Coordination of routine visits and call out of specialist contractors.
100 hours per week, 5 days a week. Morning time (9:30am-2:30pm) Certain flexibility can be offered, the daily schedule can be discussed and agreed as long as it suits business needs. The hours can increase with possibility of full time offer in the long term, when occupancy increases after recovery from the pandemic.
To start at the end of July. A day or two at the beginning of July for handover with the leaving maintenance engineer would be recommended and appreciated
Coordinated and supported the technical regional manager and the general manager on site.
Work Experience
Knowledge in electrics, plumbing, joinery.
Proactivity, team player, communication with management, housekeeping and reception departments.
Organisational skills.
