With 195 guest rooms and 9 meeting rooms there's never a quiet day at Novotel Birmingham Airport, we are just meters from the airport departure gate and a short hop from the NEC so our customers come from around the globe on business and pleasure and we like to do all we can to ensure they have an enjoyable stay

The maintenance team plays an important role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly no two days are ever the same making life interesting

We are looking for someone who is passionate about good customer service and is willing to take ownership when issues arise and being able to problem solve will be a huge benefit, you will have some basic experience in maintenance whether it be as a competent DIY'er or someone who has done the job before, you must be flexible in the hours you can work and be able to work under your own initiative in return we offer a great environment to work in, staff meals while on shift and the opportunity to learn lots of new skills
