Key tasks

In a context of continuous evolution of Accor loyalty program and the optimization of partnership performance, the international Loyalty Business Development & Partnerships Team is looking for an experienced Account Manager. The role is critical to ensure global partnership performance with rigorous operational planning, active cross-functional / cross-regional collaboration and creative marketing planning. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact with its dedicated portfolio of partners (Mobility, Tours & Activity, Retail and Lifestyle) and provides support to the Business Development & Partnerships Team to achieve financial revenue target and customers’ engagement and activation KPIS and even outperformed them.
This roles includes the following accountabilities:
- Optimize partner performance as accountable for financial, engagement & activation performance via animation action plans and implement initiatives which improve partner productivity and increase return on investment
- Develop and lead partner relationship. Motivate partners to provide maximum exposure and revenue for Accor.
- Integrate partners: E2E process mapping from partner to customer, operational supervision of technical processes, customer experience meets both parties objectives, quality monitoring, front & back office IT integration and value proposition development
- Develop marketing actions: benchmarking, customer/partner requirements, data sourcing, personalized targeting, offer management, campaign creation/integration and web publishing
- Production of Global & Regional Performance Reports & Dashboards enabling clear metrics and analysis of activities across our network
- Set & communicate Global Account Management Plans (marketing, contract managment…) with regional activities and progress monitoring
- Budget Management per vertical
- Assist on transversal projects : memos and summary notes, production of materials and tools.
- Work across functional business units to ensure compliance, coordination and flawless execution of the action plans
