LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?

Pullman is looking for a talented experienced bartender wishing to join our Omni bar team at Pullman Auckland. This role is for a passionate individual who not only has a strong desire to perfect their craft and provide a memorable guest experience at all times, but also who has a strong leadership skills and is able to lead the Omni bar team. You will enjoy leading and motivating staff members and gain satisfaction in seeing your team grow.

PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing attentive and personalized service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience.
Creating an attractive atmosphere in Omni bar through service and ambiance
Deliver beverages an meals to our guests across Food & Beverage outlets
Ensure all purchases are processed accurately
Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol Legislation
Daily preparation and closing of bar area, including stock management and cleaning duties.

Essential and optional requirements

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have:

Articulate verbal communication
Must have a PASSION for delivering a wonderful experience to all guests.
LCQ Qualification and barista knowledge preferred, including understanding of spirits, beer, and wine.
Previous bar experience, preferably in 4 or 5 star hotel environment
Ability to multitask and to work independently as well as with the team
Attention to details
Capacity to work well under pressure and to strict time lines
Flexibility in Availability
