General Manager - ibis Budget Stansted Bishops Stortford 

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead the team in this exciting project of a new branding of the hotel as it joins the Accor Hotels family.

ibis Budget Stansted Bishops Stortford is very close to the M11 motorway interchange with Stansted Airport, just outside the main airport entrance.

 

What you will be doing:

In your role you will work together with the Accor leadership team, hotel team on all aspects of the project to ensure the hotel, team and all departments meet Accor brand and service standards in line with re-branding time lines.

You will work to ensure the financial success of the hotel, always looking to drive the business forward.

You will make sure that the Accor ALLSAFE procedures are well implemented by each department in the hotel to prioritize the safety of our guests and teams in response to COVID-19.

Your experience and skills include:

You must have 3-4 years hotel operational management experience and be able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable environment.

You will be an effective communicator, who adheres to both legal/statutory responsibilities and Company Policies and procedures.

You must have strong leadership ability, with a hands on approach, always leading from the front.

Passionate about the hospitality industry, you will be driven to deliver quality guest experience and to develop and mentor Talent.
