RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Collaborate with sales and marketing to define the annual F&B marketing plan

·        Liaise and strongly collaborate with all department to avoid hazards and guaranty standards

·        Conduct training, performance evaluation implement mentoring and coaching for F&B ambassador.

·        Analyse competition and worldwide Food & Beverage trends and customers’ needs to maintain our leadership position and exceed guest expectations.

·        Manage the kitchen team with Chef, Guarantee culinary experience.

·        Set, implement and review brand and service standards to deliver Sofitel high consistent 5 star service

·        Manage all F&B outlets, maximise profitability while meeting customer’s needs

MISSIONS 

·        Hands-on manager, you will lead by example and share success and challenges with your team.

·        Full business partner and team member of the HOD Committee you will create F&B and events strategy throughout the Resort.

·        Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be in charge of the overall F&B experience.

Work Experience

·        Demonstrated ability and passion to establish long-term department strategies

·        Experienced and passionate about the creation of event and entertainment program for all property

·        Passionate about gastronomy and sommelier

·        Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, payroll, French labour regulation planning, cost control

·        Strong personnel organisation skills.

·        Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills

·        Recognized leadership and mentoring abilities.

·        Minimum five years experience in a leadership role in a luxury hotel environment.

·        Minimum two years’ experience in a leadership role in gastronomic or busy àla carte environment
