Key tasks

3 – 5 years experience in a large hotel environment
Proven leadership to lead our team of approx. 80 staff
Strong customer experience and administrative focus
High energy levels as it is a very hands on role
Able to delegate and motivate the team, plan and organize tasks
Ensure productivity targets are met for turnaround times of guest rooms
Good computer skills on both word, excel and Opera
