负责客房部的整体经营和运作。维护高标准的服务标准,根据规定管理和培训好客房部员工。
具有客房及卫生间清洁的专业知识。
知晓清洁房间和开夜床的程序。
对于客房部设施设备的使用及维护。
对于楼层,公共区域,布草及制服间的营运和管理知识。
应知晓如何准备及管理客房部的预算。

Responsible for the operation of the Housekeeping Department.To ensure that only the highest standard of cleanliness are maintained. To supervise and train housekeeping staff in accordance to approved policies and procedure.
Thorough knowledge on guestroom and bathroom cleaning.
Through knowledge in make up and turn down bed procedure.
Thorough knowledge in the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Extensive knowledge of floor, public area and linen/uniform operations and management.
Should know how to prepare housekeeping budget with minimal supervision.
