Key tasks
In-Charge of the Housekeeping team for Novotel WTC.
Manage the linen, cleaning and laundry for guest and staff.
Organize and plan the decoration for the public areas of the hotel.
Guarantee the quality of the room cleaning, the hotel laundry and uniform laundry services
Monitor the consumption of cleaning products and customer room products to ensure these comply with established ratios.
Take part in the preparation and implementation of the training plan for the department for all new and existing staff
