Job description



Key tasks

The responsibility of the position includes;

 In charge of the Emirati Specialty restaurant, actively interact with guests at their tables.
 Assist the executive chef with inventories, pricing, cost control, requisition and issuing suppliers and equipment’s for food production, develop and cost menus.
 Lead and supervise the quality of food preparation and servicing, conducts daily briefings with culinary and floor colleagues, support, coach and motive colleagues. Promote a warm friendly safe working environment.
 Provide training, implement Haccp, and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment’s.
