- To adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel.
- To ensure they come to work on time.
- To ensure the grooming standards are met.
- To ensure there work area is kept clean at all times.
- To respect hotel equipment.
- To respect there supervisors.
- To ensure a good working relationship with the other departments.
- To participate in all new menu items.
- To maintain the hygiene practices of a kitchen.
- Ensure the food they cooked meets the hotel standards.
