Key tasks

The Club Floor Supervisor is responsible for providing genuine hospitality to exceed our privileges guests (Le Club Member Platinum, Ambassador Guests, Hotel VIP's and Executive Club Guests) expectations. The team on goal is to form an emotional connection with all guests to create a memorable, lasting impression. Club Floor Supervisor will be required to greet and check-in guests, make recommendations, advice and sell rooms and related services, check-out and also farewell to guests. The Club Floor Supervisor will need to be fully knowledgeable on Accor Hotels Standard Verbiage, able to support meet Le Club Membership enrollment, Up selling and get targets, should be able to action at all times in a courteous, safe and efficiently manner. Be able to handle guest complaint in charge while Club floor Manager absent and report to Club Floor Manager/Duty Manager/Front Office or Manager on Duty. In accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that high level of services is maintained and to ensure the guest are 100% satisfied. To create and maintain a truly warm and welcoming environment on the Executive Club Lounge, Warm welcome guests arriving on the Executive Club Lounge, provide food and beverage service and general inquiries.

Essential and optional requirements

• Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or F&B studies
• Previous experience as a receptionist
• Computer literate (Windows environment), PMS, Hotix, Tars and an aptitude for new technologies
• Languages: fluent in the national language, English and a third language
