The Balcon Restaurant is looking for a new staff member.

We are a busy two Rosette Restaurant in the heart of Pall Mall serving great food in a friendly fashion. With a commitment to quality and a growing clientele and reputation we require a new team player to join us. The Demi Chef de Partie position pays a salary package of £23-£25,000 and would suit a chef with 2-3 years’ experience in high quality restaurants and the desire and ambition to grow in a competitive environment.

We have a full range of employee benefits befitting working in a 5 star hotel environment within Sofitel St James and offer a great working environment. The position involves a 5 day working week of 48 hours, and overtime for extra shifts.
