Key tasks

In this role you will be in charge of all the sections of the kitchen. You must supervise and create culinary dishes, providing support for the Head chef and the Sous Chef.

Duties Include
-Producing high quality food according to company standards for restaurant, bar and room service.
-Work closely with the Head chef and Sous chef for conference and banqueting food service.
-Follow highest standard of food hygiene.
-Allocate duties to the team of Commis Chefs and kitchen porters.
-Check final dishes before they leave the Kitchen
-Portion control and stock rotation
