BOURBON STEAK - Food Runner

The restaurant Food Runner is responsible for providing the guest with an exceptional and professional dining experience by serving meals to guests and patrons of the restaurant. The Food Runner will, in a timely manner, accurately expedite and bring food items to guests.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the BOURBON STEAK Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

·  Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
·  Deliver guest food from kitchen to table to the correct position
·  Check tables for clean and proper set up before seating guest
·  Answer questions that guests may have upon placing food on table

Qualifications:

·  2 year minimum previous fine dining experience
·  Able to communicate fully in English and interact with guests

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

·  Constant standing and walking throughout shift
·  Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds
