Your job will have a real impact on the satisfaction of our guest experience as you represent the spirit of Novotel London West with each interaction.

Your responsibilities will include;
• Welcome and build rapport with customers
• Work in the bar and on the floor
• Guarantee a consistently high standard of customer service
• Have an excellent knowledge of beverages, promotions, cocktails and services offered by the Hotel
• Ensure compliance of legislation affecting this department i.e. protection of minors
• Manage all bills related to the outlet

Who are we looking for?
• Friendly, enthusiastic with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Must have high level of spoken English
• Flexible working hours
• At least 1 years experience as a Bartender
