We are now recruiting for a Barista to join our award winning team

Barista Job Description

• Make and serve a selection of hot drinks including a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolates according to Pullman standards
• Giving a warm welcome to all guests coming into the Restaurant & Bar and help to create a memorable experience

As a Barista you will be responsible for:

• Take guests orders and accurately input into the micros system
• Ensure that all cutlery, crockery and glassware are clean and polished to a high standard before and after service
• Display professional and positive sales techniques and up-sell at all times
• Be fully aware of current licensing laws and the hotel/restaurant licensing policy in order that these are adhered to at all times
• Display a thorough knowledge of all beverages served in particular with types of tea and coffee and to have a good understanding of the all the menus
• Have a great attention to detail, who will go the extra mile for our guests
• Have a “can do” attitude and positive energy and chat to our guests
• Have previous experience in a similar 4 star environment
• Have a good level of spoken English
• Ideally have a basic knowledge of the MICROS system
