Workday Budget and Planning Lead Consultant (H&PS) will focus on Workday delivery to Health and Public Service clients. This role will drive the Budget and Planning workstream, completing activities in design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday Financials in public sector and higher education.

Job Description :

A professional at the Consultant or Manager level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

· Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration; may have supervisory responsibilities
· Accountable for Budget and Planning workstream and/or project activities assigned by functional lead or supervisor
· Interaction with all workstreams including technical, reports, conversion, change management and project management
· Adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs
· Analyze business requirements to determine configuration solutions; documentation of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
· Provide Higher Education and/or Public Sector thought leadership and expertise

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

·  Experience working in either the Health or Public Services sector is highly preferred; however, if no experience in that area, must have strong hands-on experience in Workday implementations including development, design, and configuration
·  Workday Certification or equivalent hands-on system experience required
·  Minimum 3+ years hands experience with Workday and at least 2 years or 2 full implementation of Workday Financials
·  Proficiency in public sector budgeting practices
·  Expertise and experience must be hands-on in implementation and/or configuration of Workday solutions, not just functional utilization
·  Minimum of 2+ years prior consulting experience
·  Must be able to travel each week 100% between Monday - Thursday

Preferred:

·  Workday Financials Certification preferred
·  Bachelor's Degree
