Wealth Management Platform Validation Lead Lead will:

· Serve as a key point of contact for all end-to-end (IPT) testing activities within the workstream working directly with workstream leads, key business and technical SMEs and the IPT design and execution team
· Document test schedule and requirements for the test environment for the workstream
· Oversee development and execution of test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) for the workstream
· Manage testers' work throughout test preparation and test execution to ensure that testing is on time and within budget.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum 10+ years' experience in Wealth Management / RIA / Broker-Dealer Operations
·  5+ years leadership/managerial experience engaging with senior executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships
·  Minimum 1 year experience in business consulting to Financial Services clients focused on operating model transformation, business process improvement, business capability uplift, etc. with deep knowledge of Wealth Management propositions, products, services, channels, functions and processes
·  Minimum 1 year experience in design of large transformation initiatives requiring technology/platform implementations (SDLC) and management/oversight of execution management (PMO)
·  Deep understanding of different testing phases involved in platform implementations (Preferable experience with UAT and Change Management)
·  Proven leader with a track record for building high-performing teams
·  Bachelor's degree
