Job Title: Video Production Coordinator (12M FTC)

Career Level: 8 – Associate Manager

Location: Dublin

Background:

The Sales Design Studio was set up to help teams adopt a digital approach during the sales cycle.

We do this by offering a range of digital assets that work in conjunction with a wider pitch or presentation. We are seeking a video production coordinator to join our team for a period of 12 months who will work with our video team to ensure the timely delivery of video projects.

Candidates:

We want to hear from candidates with the ability to multi-task, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the video production process, this may include helping with creative direction, setting a budget and schedule, and editing scripts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Negotiating budgets and schedules.

·
Helping client teams agree on a style of video and script.

·
Acting as point of contact between client team and video editors.

·
Creating video scripts from information provided by the client team/editing existing scripts.

·
Tracking progress of projects.

·
Booking voiceover artists on short deadlines.

·
Communicating feedback to video editors and ensuring all feedback is completed.

Qualifications :

Skills and qualifications:

Proven ability to shape and drive a project from initiation stage to project close.

Experience in writing and editing.

· 
Proactive, self-sufficient and professional, with strong organizational and time management.

· 
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· 
Meticulous attention to detail.

· 
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.

· 
Experience in video production is preferable but not essential.
