Role Overview

The Workplace Solutions Service Desk supports all Accenture UKI locations in three main areas – Reservations, VC/Events and Facilities Helpdesk.

The successful candidate will have the excellent communication skills required to operate within a Service Desk environment on multi-disciplined Helpdesk (Service Now) and Space Management team. Ability to multi-task in a high pressured setting with key customer and quality focused skills. Flexibility, positivity and team work are essential to the role.

The successful candidate must display a passion for world-class customer service and enjoy working in a very busy and ever-evolving environment. Experience in Outlook/Service Now and EMS an advantage.

Duties/Responsibilities

· Processing/logging customer requests via EMS or Service Now
· Coordinate catering, AV and attendee requests
· Answer all customer queries to a highly-professional standard via calls and email within SLA
· Answer all calls within SLA
· Single point of contact for customer interaction
· Onsite event support
· Collaborative meeting SME
· Continually build skills and understand new technology
· Handle issue resolution and escalate when appropriate
· Work as part of a team to ensure there is sufficient cover in place at all times
