The Extended Reality Studio is seeking a talented and passionate user interface designer to
help shape, define and deliver software experiences that have high visibility and impact. If you

Working closely with our interdisciplinary team you will drive the definition of the user model and
user interface for new and existing products and features, creating rich UIs for 3D augmented
and virtual reality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply conceptual thinking to create world‐class digital services and universal guidelines for
next-generation mixed and virtual reality applications, smartly bringing together user needs,
business goals and technical feasibility
- Definition of customer needs; application of a range of design tools including task
analysis, storyboards, personas, scenarios, mood boards, illustrations, and user flows
- Translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity
- Create instant tangibility for our team and the client through storytelling and rapid
prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototyping
- Give data meaning through visualization
- Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes developers, artists,
researchers, project managers and business strategists

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrable interest in virtual/augmented reality environments, challenges, and trends is
highly desired for the conceptualization of 3D design needs
- Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant industry experience
- Experience creating visual design guidelines and documentation, design language systems
and motion studies
- Able to present concepts and justify design decisions
- Demonstrable attention to detail
- Experience in illustration, photography, or diagrammatic expertise (information visualization)
and iconography are an advantage
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with and/or knowledge of relevant software packages i.e. 3D graphics packages
(e.g. Unity, Unreal, Max, Maya etc.) as well as Adobe Suite or similar software. Motion
graphics software such as After Effects is a plus
- Engage with and work within an evolving multi‐disciplinary team
- Develop and maintain open honest and trusting relationships
- Continually strive to exceed client expectations
- Communicate in a clear, consistent and transparent manner
