Job Description

The Training and Workshop Coordinator is responsible for the setting up of Workshops including room reservation, hardware reservation, reserving/scheduling an instructor and sometimes ordering catering.

Key Responsibilities:

· Registration management, which includes assisting with customer registration and open enrollment for webcasts, Skype, and onsite workshops.
· Coordinating workshop details, such as meeting setup, catering, travel, notifications, communications, etc.
· Facilitating user questions as it relates to event
· Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure logistics are executed according to plan
· Managing multiple workshops in different phases at one time

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

·  Associate's Degree
·  Minimum of 1 year experience in project management or event coordination
