Job description

The Video Tagger is a professional responsible for metadata injection into TV shows and featured films to generates quantified content reporting and improve Network predictions, more successful productions and ease the internal external search for legal purposes, self advertisement, TV script writing and new shows development.

Key Responsibilities:

Fluent Communication with stakeholders o Research and reach out to various stakeholders to get normalized content for video tagging. o Handle telephone calls to meet with UX team to provide valuable feedback as user and analyze new features. o Maintain proactiveness recommending new terms to be consider as part of the global taxonomy glossary. TV Content analysis for video splitting and tagging o Ensure to understand the TV scripts to identify scenes. o Manage timely delivery of content boundaries o Memorize the vocabulary used as tagging taxonomy. o Understand dialogues in English without closed captioning. o Interact with different functions as TV scene analyzer, content tagger and QA reviewer. QA principles acknowledge o A keen eye for detail to perform QA of video scene boundaries and content tagging. o Analyze TV splitting and tagging requirement to approve final client delivery. o Analyze video scene boundaries based on guidelines to correct bad cutting. o Apply problem solving and technical skills to correct bad video tagging. Soft Skills Managing Work o Able to organize priorities and raise challenges and risks. o Able to document and communicate issues, identify own limitations and validates own output against objectives. o Perform basic research and analysis, collaborating with stakeholders and documenting results. Communicating Effectively o Deliver communication through proper channels in a concise, clear and condensed manner, adapting per feedback of supervisors. o Able to present to peers with respect, adequate voice projection and clear point of view.
