Actualmente buscamos un Técnico de Soporte Telefónico - Sevilla

Funciones a realizar:

· Brindar soportetécnico y mantenimiento continuo de sistemas de producción y desarrollo, yproductos de software (tanto remotos como in situ) y para serviciosconfigurados que se ejecutan en varias plataformas (que operan dentro de unmodelo operativo y procesos definidos).
· Brindar soporte HW/SW e implementartecnología a nivel de sistema operativo en todas las áreas de red y servidores,y para soluciones / proveedores / marcas de software particulares.
· El trabajoincluye L1/ resolución de problemas de nivel básico e intermedio.

Ideal candidate profile



Qualifications :

Requisitos:

·  Nivel de estudios: FP de grado superior relacionado con el sector de las TIC (Administración de Sistemas o similar)
·  Al menos 1 año en soporte a usuarios en el sector de las TIC
·  Conocimiento requeridos: conocimientos del software base del puesto de trabajo (Windows, navegadores, ofimática…), conocimiento de herramientas de soporte remoto , conocimiento técnicos en comunicaciones , manejo de herramientas de ticketing (Remedy, CA, ServiceNow), conocimiento básico de Citrix y Altiris, manejo de paquete Office
·  Conocimientos valorables: Certificación ITIL Foundation
·  Se realizarán turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo.
·  Contrato en prácticas.
·  Posibilidad de teletrabajar
