Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organization and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories: Talent management, including workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee and alumni relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.

A Tech Recruiter is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. The Recruiter - Analyst

administers the recruiting process for a small recruiting demand plan or provides assistance in administering the recruiting process for a medium to large recruiting demand plan.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles

• Screening applications and helping select candidates

• Conducting interviews

• Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities

• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy

• Responsibility for post-offer management

• Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns

• Coordinating referral process of applicants

• Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools

• Reviewing recruit files for completeness

• Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions

• Providing external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership

• Overseeing direct non-payroll budget

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group

• Delivering key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process

• Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates

Qualifications :

Knowledge Skills and Experience







·  Proven work experience as a full-cycle in business recruiting (2-3 years)
·  Experience recruiting (you need to be tech-savvy)
·  Experience with phone, Hangouts and in-person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
·  Advanced English is required
·  High ambition, self-motivation and passion about our vision
·  Bachelor's degree required
