As a Service Designer, you will:

· Uncover user needs through ethnographic research, develop deep insights and generate concepts
· Run client workshops, creative brainstorms, benchmarking and other Service Design activities on projects
· Frame and tell the story of design solutions. Present the communication of research findings, conceptual ideas and design rationale both verbally and visually

· A curious, creative way of looking at the world
· Sharp analytical thinking
· Problem-solving skills

Set yourself apart:

· Knowledge of and experience with applying user-centered design processes and techniques (e.g. Design Thinking, User Research, Collaborative Design)
· Skilled in creating experience maps, user journeys, flows and service blueprints
· Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams
· Up to date on innovation trends
· Understanding of areas of specialization within the greater Design landscape, including but not limited to Interaction Design and Content Design; willingness to broaden your own skillset

Your experience:

· 3-5 years of knowledge and experience working with Service Design
· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Communication, Design or related fields
· Fluent English; intermediate level of Spanish is a plus
