Prod Ops Practitioner

· Management of Operational outcomes inclusive of management of Client Request fulfilment
· Management of functional BAU upkeep of system and engagement across Teams to achieve Operational outcomes.
· The role requires some on-call duties (approx. 1 shift per week, or approx. 2 nights per week), that will have the resource to support outside office hours activities required to monitor system performance and functionality (e.g. investigation of system utilisation alerts or incident response).
