Job Description

As part of this team, you'll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You'll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE : POD Client Partner

Role Requirements:

Your Mission: Be the face of the POD TOR business, and the strategic mind behind partnership, sales & growth for your region. Eyes always on the horizon, you will mount a relentless pursuit of expanding the POD portfolio in-region, extending our reach within Accenture, and aligning our priorities to those of the regional business. You shall develop and oversee execution of new sales strategies, offerings, and experiences in Canada. Ultimately, you are the main escalation point for all POD TOR engagements.

Your Accountability: First and foremost, hitting the POD TOR FY20 sales target of $2.4M. Within that, you are accountable for the development of POD TOR as a business, and all of its people. Accountability also includes sharing and collaborating with your fellow regional client-experience managers, in the interest of growing the POD as a whole.

· Pitch capabilities to senior leadership teams
· Scope opportunities and secure budgets from internal clients
· Triaging escalations on client expectations or behaviors
· Daily updates to sales forecasts and monthly pipelines
· Conducting strategic reviews and recommendations of regional business
· Work from the office daily

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Bachelor's degree
·  Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications role
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience with Marketing or Communication agency
