PMO Facilities and Admin Role


Summary

The PMO (Project Management Office) team is a key function that supports the Accenture Operations teams.

The team provides support to the Service Delivery teams by optimising and operating a number of key processes that are essential to the smooth running of both the delivery and management of the account.

Key Responsibilities

· Management of general requests through PMO Mailbox
· Point of contact for Access requests, Visitor requests and Parking Management
· Health and Safety - ensuring we have First Aiders and fire wardens in place
· Interlock with Desk Assessments for Health and Safety
· Management of Ergonomics Equipment Inventory
· Engagement with REWS (physical building and out of hours management)
· BCP planning and maintenance
· Support office moves/ Reshuffles (engagement with XWS)
· Maintain view of space allocation (engagement with XWS)
· Asset Management – both Google Owner assets issues to Accenture and non-XWS assets (tagging and asset register etc.)
· Seasonal Decoration of Buildings (Easter, Christmas, Halloween)
· Catering for Accenture meetings/ events on site
· Maintenance of Notice Boards with up to date information
· EA Support to Leadership team - Travel Booking, client event invites
· Procurement:
· Set up suppliers (BuyNow), Raising POS, Invoice Received

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Skills
·  Strong Organisational skills
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Previous experience managing a project or being part of a project team
·  “Can do” attitude and proactivity
·  Fluency in English
·  Any knowledge of PMO tools is preferable
·  Any knowledge of Facilities, Health and Safety, BCP processes is an advantage
·  Excel basic to intermediate level
·  1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced multicultural Operation team
