Travel: up to 100% travel required in the UK

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 depending on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package

A new area within Accenture Digital is Industry X.0, Accenture's approach to the Digital Re-Invention of the Industry. In your role within our Industry X.0 team, you'll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves into the core of industry in product development and manufacturing environments. You'll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related services value chains in Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrial & Medical Equipment, Communications, High Tech, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities. What responsibilities will you have?

Bring your expertise and passion to bear to shape and architect Product Lifecycle Management transformations centered around 3DEXPERIENCE or other Dassault Systemès software through:

Innovation & Thought Leadership

·
Ideate, develop and deploy new industry & technology focused assets and thought leadership into the team,

·
Be an ambassador for Industry X.0 within the practice and within the wider Digital community,

·
Support the development of the next generation of talent through mentoring, coaching and continuous knowledge transfer,

·
Ensure you and your team are kept fully up to date with the latest Training; Accenture have a comprehensive Dassault Academy and wider Industry X.0 framework to enable this,

·
Portfolio Building, Sales Capture & Solution Shaping, where directed:

·
Support client account leadership to shape and capture opportunities to build a sustainable pipeline across a portfolio of industries and clients,

·
Establish and sustain trusted high value relationships with client senior management and key persons as aligned to the directed relationship maps and account plans,

·
Shape the solution, including the value, scope, pricing, timelines, deal economics, risks, quality assurance metrics and dependencies for each stage of the delivery whether that be from a Request for Proposal process or other opportunity generation activity as direct by leadership,

·
Develop and position the proposals to the Client and the internal business,

·
Support Business Development opportunities together with Industry X.0, the wider Accenture and Dassault themselves,

·
Consulting Delivery

·
Support the management consulting engagement with key Clients during early phase engagements and lead where required,

·
Capture, challenge and prioritise by value the Client business needs, the needs of the people, potential process improvements, and the data and system's needs,

·
Create robust Out-Of-The-Box Dassault-based solutions that meets functional, non-functional needs and is fit for purpose from an Enterprise integration and cost of ownership perspective,

·
Support the consideration of the wider Client enterprise context and be able to support the extension/integration of the PLM solution into domains such as ERP, Business Intelligence & Analytics, external Supplier Collaboration, Enterprise Asset Management, Industrial Internet of Things, etc.

Support the transition from consulting to systems implementation delivery where required,

Implementation Delivery

·
Work closely with the Delivery Leadership and Business Stakeholders to ensure the expectations, value generation and technical delivery success are aligned and sustained from early delivery support to project completion,

Either:

· Act as the functional lead, where directed, to capture and document in detail the requirements and constraints of the Client and create the detailed Solution blueprint and solution plan, or,
· Act as the solution architect, where directed, to document in detail the:
· Solution scope and technical implementation of the Solution and create the detailed Technical blueprint and plan,
· The configuration of the solution and,
· The functional-technical design of customisations etc.
· Act as a workstream lead where required, to manage the scope, risks, dependencies and delivery of the project,
· Support the delivery team in continuous testing and alignment to the key users and project stakeholders,
· Support the handover to run following successful acceptance testing.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Skills & experience are we looking for?

·  Possess a deep technical understanding of Dassault software and be able to provide hands-on and pragmatic advice in the client's context across the full Solution Delivery Lifecycle. Ideally this is with 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, DELMIA or APRISO as your core skill.
·  Experience of management consulting or technology consulting.
·  Experience in architecting and technically leading the implementation of PLM solutions
·  Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Sciences, Engineering or Mathematics.
·  Experience in team leading with a growth mindset.
·  Experience in agile ways of working.
·  Solid experience leading a PLM system integration and/or data migration
·  Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a solution oriented and systematic way of working
·  Strong general IT acumen
·  Flexibility and mobility to travel as part of the role
·  Industry experience in Automotive, Consumer Goods, Aerospace and Defence or Capital/Construction Projects is beneficial

This position may be subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history at the point of application
